Shipping:

SKEGPROTECTORS are a custom made composite product which are not manufactured on an assembly line. Each and every one of our parts are hand crafted via a precision composites craftsman. This means we can not guarantee your products' immediate availability or shipment. Please allow up to 7 business days from date of order for your product to arrive.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days of shipment from factory for a full refund of purchase price less shipping.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

1. e-mail us for a return authorization number.
2. Repack the items securely with original packing materials, if possible.
3. Send your return via UPS or Parcel Post Ground Service. Product must be returned using a traceable method. All items lost in shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper.
4. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
