Shipping:

The above bold statement means we can not guarantee your products' immediate availability or shipment. Please allow up to 10 business days from date of order for your product to arrive.

Returns:

Based on the bold statement at the top of the page, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 3 days of shipment from factory for a refund of purchase price less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost, no exceptions. The product MUST be in the same condition as we shipped out. It CAN NOT have been installed with adhesive or bolts then returned. The product MUST be re-sellable to get a refund.

 

Cancellations:
We understand your needing to cancel. However, based on the bold statement at the top of the page, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee even on a cancellation, no exceptions.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

1. e-mail us for a return authorization number.
2. Repack the items securely with original packing materials, if possible.
3. Send your return via UPS or Parcel Post Ground Service. Product must be returned using a traceable method. All items lost in shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper.
4. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
